| Abstract: | The article discusses a court case wherein the Office for Civil Rights (OCR) ruled that the Riverside Community College District did not fulfill its responsibilities of reacting effectively towards the charges of discrimination against students as stated under Title VI and Title IX. In Letter to: Riverside Cmty. Coll. Dist., the OCR found that the college district did not have a comprehensive investigation and it failed to protect a student from retaliation. |
