Abstract: The article discusses the three stages in the teaching and learning process of clinical skills. First stage is the demonstration, whereby teacher needs to clearly demonstrate the technique at the correct pace. It explains that after the demonstration, the teacher lest the students do the task before giving constructive feedback on the student's performance.
