| Abstract: |
The article presents a comparative study between the traditional system and the information system approaches for microcomputer applications. It states that the traditional system approach is a less effective method for teaching microcomputer applications. Meanwhile, the information system approach for Microsoft (MS) access produce better results for MS Excel and MS Word. It cites that initial learning of more difficult concepts of database management allows development of transferable skills. |
