The present article tries to establish, from an interdisciplinary stance, a basic model for the construction of communication in formal, artistic, educational organizations, taking into account the educative disciplines from the group, mechanical administration of formal and non-formal education by holistic means as defined by alternative conflict resolution and the participatory processes of educational organizations. The educational organization of the artistic field is a part of the primary, secondary and higher education system, but the organizational phenomena are rarely studied. To learn how to communicate through and by educational organization is of the utmost importance in order to be able to participate in social changes and current technologies. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

El presente artículo pretende establecer, desde una mirada interdisciplinar, un modelo básico para la construcción de la comunicación en organizaciones educativas artísticas formales, tomando en cuenta las disciplinas educativas de la administración de la educación formal y no formal por medio de mecánicas grupales holísticas como lo son la resolución alterna de conflictos y los procesos participativos en organizaciones educativas aprehendientes. El campo de las organizaciones educativas artísticas es parte del sistema educativo formal en primaria, secundaria y en la educación superior, pero pocas veces son estudiados los fenómenos organizacionales que en él se realizan. Aprender a comunicarse en y por la organización educativa es de suma importancia para que se pueda ser partícipe de los cambios sociales y tecnológicos de los tiempos actuales.
