The author deliberates that as organizational and evaluative skills work in tandem, members of the organization turn to the internal evaluator for support, are proactive in resolving program difficulties, and are open to future evaluations and capacity-building efforts. © Wiley Periodicals, Inc., and the American Evaluation Association.
