The article offers an update on the Google Books lawsuit over seven years. It details developments on the action by a coalition of authors, publishers, photographers, and other copyright owners against the Google Books Print Library project. However, some developments suggest a few directions for the lawsuit which could result to dismissal of the case or to restructure the international copyright law. |
