| Abstract: | The article presents the views of general practitioner (GP) specialty trainees and their trainers regarding the role of GP trainees in teaching. It discusses several facts which includes role of junior doctors and learners that are provided with opportunities for exploring innovative models of teaching and learning, variety of teaching roles in the practice and qualitative research for wide range of learners. |
