| Abstract: | The article presents a research study conducted in a large school district in Ontario to determine how school and system leaders can create the conditions for teachers to access, engage with, share, and use research in their work to improve student learning outcomes. The study found several factors that must be considered by school and system leaders when creating a knowledge mobilization strategy. These factors include research characteristics and organizational structure and culture. |
