The article discusses the expansion of the Pennsylvania Petroleum Association Technical Education Center (PPATEC) in Grantville, Pennsylvania, which opened in July 2026. The training center is said to represent a coordinated effort to strengthen technician recruitment, accelerate training and create a more sustainable workforce pipeline. The center's propane training curriculum is said to give more emphasis on task-based training and real on-the-job application. |
