| Abstract: | Under the critical period of China's economy transferring to high-quality growth, this study investigates whether and how organizational resilience (OR) fosters or hinders enterprise high-quality development (HQD). Using the panel data of Chinese listed manufacturing companies from Shanghai Shenzhen, and Beijing stock exchanges from 2012 to 2022, this study discovered that the relationship between them is U-shaped. Moreover, green technology innovation (GTI) mediated the U-shaped curvilinear relationship. Digital transformation (DT) positively moderated the U-shaped curvilinear effect between OR and enterprise HQD and the mediating effect between OR and enterprise HQD through GTI. The empirical findings provide guidelines for policy makers to publish more incentive policies to help manufacturing enterprises promote the positive effect of OR, cultivate targeted GTI programs and use digital technology to help manufacturing enterprises achieve HDQ.
