The article focuses on the effort of New Jersey Comfort Partners in providing a program that will provide a cost-efficient utilities in various households. The author relates several cases wherein some households have experienced insufficient energy management compromising comfort and conservation. With this concern, the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities urged other agencies to join together and design a comprehensive energy conservation program that will benefit all low-income residents across the state. |
