| Abstract: | The article discusses court cases dealing with the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). In Brands International Corp. v. Reach Cos. LLC, the court ruled that choice-of-law analysis is not required between different contracting states. In Xiamen ITG Group Corp. Ltd. v. Peace Bird Trading Corp., a motion for default judgment over breach of contract was denied. In Chilean Sea Bass Inc. v. Kendell Seafood Imports Inc., contract formation was addressed. |
