| Abstract: | The article highlights the development of a summer accounting program by the board of directors of the Tennessee Society of CPAs (TSCPA). The organization's goal is to attract qualified high school juniors and seniors to the accounting profession. Factors contributing to the program's success include the support of the Georgia CPA Society and the selection of a program director during the initial stages of the project. The program covers a a four-day, three-night period that starts on a Sunday and ends on Wednesday. |
