Abstract:	Educational specifications are presented delineating instructional space requirements and relationships for a new high school in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. These specifications comprise a set of written instructions from which the architect can derive a design concept compatible with current educational needs and adaptable to future changes in teaching technology and methodology. Following descriptions of the educational situation and the general characteristics of the school building and its site, detailed specifications are presented for each of the school plant's 12 centers. Graphic illustrations are included throughout the document. (FS)
