| Abstract: | The village concept of campus planning is proposed for Minnesota Bible College, whose educational philosophy demands a personalized approach throughout the entire college program. The village concept, being consistent with the philosophy of the college, is discussed as a solution to problems relating to the spatial needs, financing, and budgeting of a new campus. Spatial needs and cost projections are considered for each of the four elements of the plan--(1) the villas (on-campus living units), (2) the shopping center, (3) the plaza (academic unit), and (4) the park (recreation and large group activities area). A ten year budgetary program is also presented. (FS) |
