| Abstract: |
This document identifies various means of developing productive uses for under-used educational facilities. Examples and ideas of generating additional revenue cover the renting of classrooms, auditoriums, theaters, dormitories, and student unions. Programs aimed at a new constituency are reviewed in addition to extensive summer camp programs for high school groups, conferences, vacation package plans, refurbishing for refinancing, property for profit, and redevelopment of university property to generate extra revenue.
