Abstract: These statistics were compiled from information supplied by Arizona's public libraries. The document is divided according to the following county groups: Apache, Cochise; Coconino, Gila; Graham, Greenlee, La Paz; Maricopa; Mohave, Navajo; Pima, Pinal; Santa Cruz, Yavapai; Yuma. Statistics are presented on the following: general information; library staff (FTE); volunteers; library operating income (by source); library operating expenditures; library collection in physical units; library services per annum; children's services; and selected measures. Grand totals for all the counties together are given for each of these nine areas. The Arizona Public Library Data Report is included. An appendix presents a table of 1990 census estimates on county income and poverty percentage below the poverty level for children under five years old, children five to seventeen years old, and children total under seventeen.
