These standards are organized into five strands: (1) number sense, properties, and operations; (2) geometry and spatial sense; (3) measurement; (4) data analysis, statistics, and probability; and (5) patterns, algebra, and functions. Each of these strands is subdivided into a series of lists defining what is expected of students in grades K-4, 5-8, and 9-12. A glossary and sample scenarios are also included. (KHR) |
