Abstract: The purpose of this study is to design and test a children worship service that may facilitate active participation and learning with limited resources. This study is focused on finding elements to design a children worship service with and applying them into it in a small church in contrast of large churches with more resources in space, budget, volunteer, etc. A children worship service program, named MTKZ, reflecting strengths of existing children's program, AWANA, Holy Kids and FRIENDS, is proposed and tested in qualitative and quantitative methods. The results of the study support the effectiveness of the proposed program in facilitating the participants to be more active in learning by activities of the program.
