Witness statements were presented by: (1) Allison Somin, Legal Fellow, Pacific Legal Foundation; (2) Yukong Mike Zhao, President, Asian American Coalition for Education; (3) David Hinojosa, Director of the Educational Opportunities Project, Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law; and (4) Delano Squires, Research Fellow, Richard and Helen DeVos Center for Life, Religion and Family, The Heritage Foundation. Additional submissions were presented by: (1) Ranking Member Scott: Affirmative Action Report; and (2) Honorable Suzanne Bonamici, a Representative in Congress from the State of Oregon: (a) Article dated July 3, 2023 from Forbes; and (b) Amicus brief excerpt.
