| Abstract: | This research brief summarizes hybrid survey findings about the Illinois child welfare workforce in three key areas: (1) the demographic characteristics and professional experiences of child welfare workers, (2) the emotional responses of workers to their jobs, as reflected in the language patterns of their survey comments, and (3) the needs and concerns of these workers about their roles, as expressed through their survey comments. |
