With more data at their fingertips than ever before and better understanding of resource use and implications, leaders can move beyond surface-level considerations to identify challenges, understand their root causes, and invest in tangible, research-backed strategies that can affect real change for students. This guide offers a comprehensive look at an improved, iterative approach to formulating a strategic plan.
