Abstract: Surrounding the 2025 Dallas Herring Lecture by Dr. Jason Wood, former president of the Aspen Prize-winning Southwest Wisconsin Technical College, we are sharing a three-part toolkit designed to inspire a deeper conversation about designing community college education around students' long-term economic and career success. Insights provided here offer practical guidance on ways to use labor-market data to inform program development, update curriculum, and shape course offerings.
