Fall enrollment across Oklahoma colleges and universities increased for the fifth consecutive year in 2025. That growth occurred across research universities, regional universities, and community colleges, a strong indicator that Oklahomans recognize the value of higher education in a rapidly changing economy. Additionally, degree production increased 8.4% over the last academic year, 11% over the last five years, and 15.3% over the last 10 years. Over 91% of Oklahomans who graduate from a state system institution remain and work in the state one year after earning their degrees.
