| Abstract: | Instructional guides were created to navigate an online platform by bridging expected hesitation and regular workplace deadlines. The practitioner-researcher critically reflects on their pedagogical practices, sharing samples to build digital resilience. How can experiential learning practices be used to design learning interventions that support double-loop learning in the workplace? A qualitative case study of 16 employees and 200 users utilized a trained approach designed to quickly prepare users of a new digital client portal system. Contributions to the workplace aim to uncover how educational practitioners can better address the barriers of technology access and professional development under accelerated timelines. Further discussion is needed for sustainable strategies to improve learning outcomes and address gaps that prevent success in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
