PLS-SEM was used to analyze the data. This paper's findings reveal that CEFR directly affects Arabic language learning performance and language policy. Subsequently, language policy directly affects Arabic language learning performance while moderating and mediating the relationship between CEFR and Arabic language learning performance. The implication of this study implies that The CEFR is a set of guidelines for learning a foreign language that can be used in international languages other than English. Some things are the same, and some things are different about the idea of learning a foreign language.
