| Abstract: | This study developed and evaluated a systematic career curriculum programme aimed at enhancing career adaptability among high school students across grades 10, 11, and 12. Study 1 identified predictors of career adaptability, informing the programme's development. Study 2 employed a 3 (Grade: 10, 11, 12) x 2 (Group: Experimental, Control) x 2 (Time: Pre-test, Post-test) mixed-design experiment to assess the programme's efficacy. Two primary findings emerged: (1) The programme was successfully developed as a targeted intervention for improving high school students' career adaptability. (2) The intervention significantly enhanced career adaptability, particularly among 11th-grade students, through improvements in information gathering and problem-solving skills. These results validate the effectiveness of the systematic career programme as a career development intervention within the high school setting. |
