Abstract: This course investigates the theoretical and experimental aspects of protein immobilization technology based on chitin-binding domains (CHIBD). The design, expression, and purification of a CHIBD-fused protein were performed, and CHIBD-fused protein was subsequently immobilized onto chitin. By integrating computational and experimental approaches, the course aims to enhance the research skills among participating students, enabling them to proficiently perform basic calculations and experimental operations.
