| Abstract: | We examined the relationships of encounters with racialized aggressions on campus and social media by students of Color on their perceptions of inclusive residence hall social climate and campus diversity climate. We found that students' on-campus encounters were associated with their perceptions of inclusive residence hall social climate and campus diversity climate. However, their encounters with racism on social media, while correlated with on-campus experiences, were not associated with their perceptions of either climate. |
