Abstract: Thriving is both a process and outcome of leadership learning, enabling individuals to contribute meaningfully to their communities. This article aligns ten aspects of thriving and leadership with the five areas of leadership program design outlined in the "General Principles for Leadership Programs," which strengthens the unseen architecture of leadership programs. The article argues that thriving is an embedded component of leadership learning and offers implications for designing programs to advance both leadership capacity and holistic well-being.
