Abstract: Discusses intrapersonal and interpersonal conflict from social psychological, cognitive-behavioral, organizational, and family systems perspectives. Consideration of these perspectives provides a framework that enables school psychologists to understand how conflict can be manifested in special service teams in public schools and how diverse factors can create conflict within the teams.
