Abstract: Customer service trainees (n=20) received audiographic presentations via the Internet, 20 controls received onsite instruction. Only 4 of the experimental group did not like the lack of visual contact with instructors; 36 of 40 recommended the workshop; 15 of the experimental group would not have been able to participate without the distance format.
