Abstract (English): Teenagers are part of conflictive behavior inside classroom and in the educational institution, specifically students with disruptive behavior. The students of the Ciudad de Gualaceo School are not the exception, since, generally, they do not present a true interest in learning. Likewise, these teenagers do not realize how to defend their rights or opinions, since they do so in a very inflexible and hard way, without knowing that there are other ways to discuss, in a positive way avoiding conflict. One of these methods is the assertive communication, which produces a study environment according to the needs of the student; for this reason, we used the Rathus test, which allows obtaining the level of assertiveness based on several factors. However, according to the present research and the results obtained, adolescents with disruptive behaviors mostly do not have assertiveness, this scenario is due to certain external factors, such as the migration rate (students who do not live with their parents), and hormonal changes that affect emotional stability during this age.
