| Abstract (Spanish): | El presente artículo tiene como finalidad, determinar cuál es la función que ejerce el abogado colombiano dentro de la sociedad, esto analizado desde una mirada ética, centrando el interés en los textos normativos que rigen el recto actuar de los abogados colombianos, esto es el Decreto 196 de 1971 y la Ley 1123 de 2007. Se hace una reflexión ética de la figura del abogado dentro de la sociedad, en especial en una sociedad como la colombiana, que está iniciando un proceso de postconflicto. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
