| Abstract (English): |
Objective: to evaluate the impact of undergraduate and postgraduate graduates of the University CES in the labor, economic and social environment between the years 2011 and 2015 Methods: study observational cross sectional of type analytic. For the qualitative variables were calculated measures of frequency and proportions; and for the quantitative variables were calculated the measures of central tendency and dispersion, median and interquartile range. The variables Likert scale were analyzed with the average; and to determine any differences between in the average satisfaction of graduates relative to other variables, was made a comparison using test t-student and F of Snedecor. Results: 77,9% of the graduates are currently working and of these 87,6% indicated that their current work relates to the training area. The satisfaction with the training received and the usefulness of the knowledge learned for the job performance were qualified with an average of 4.4 Conclusions: graduates of the University CES are very satisfied with the training received, since the knowledge acquired has allowed them to work on subjects related to their profession. Objetivo: evaluar el impacto de los graduados de pregrado y posgrado de la Universidad CES en el medio laboral, económico y social entre los años 2011 y 2015 Métodos: estudio observacional de tipo analítico transversal. Para las variables cualitativas se calcularon medidas de frecuencia y proporciones; y para las variables cuantitativas se calcularon las medidas de tendencia central y dispersión, mediana y rango intercuartil. Las variables con escala tipo Likert, fueron analizadas con el promedio; y con el fin de determinar si existían diferencias en el promedio de satisfacción de los graduados con respecto a otras variables, se hizo una comparación mediante la prueba t-student y F de Snedecor. Resultados: el 77,9% de los graduados se encuentran trabajando actualmente y de éstos el 87,6% indicó que su trabajo actual se relaciona con el área de formación. La satisfacción con la formación recibida y la utilidad de los conocimientos aprendidos para el desempeño laboral fueron calificadas con un promedio de 4,4. Conclusiones: los graduados de la Universidad CES se encuentran muy satisfechos con la formación recibida, ya que los conocimientos adquiridos les han permitido trabajar en temas relacionados con su profesión.
