| Abstract (English): |
The present article has the hospital hospitality management as its theme and its performed activities, in order to demonstrate its importance as a support in the hospital context, especially in the laundry. It aimed to analyze the Brazilian scientific production between in this area, from 2013 to 2018, through a bibliometric review. Through a bibliometrics review, it was noted that Lotka's and Bradford's Laws were not confirmed, while the Zipf's Law was confirmed. As a result of the research, there are several areas of knowledge that deal with Hospital Hospitality Management with different approaches, namely: Nursing, Medicine, Nutrition, Psychology, Administration, Economics and Education. Topics such as humanization, transportation, laundry, sanitization, cleaning and hospital hospitality were addressed. It was possible to conclude that, despite the theme development, there are gaps mainly in the Hospital Hospitality Management of public hospitals. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

O presente trabalho tem como tema principal a Gestão de Hotelaria Hospitalar e as atividades desempenhadas por ela, com o intuito de demonstrar a sua importância como apoio no contexto hospitalar, em especial na lavanderia. Objetivou-se analisar a produção científica brasileira nessa área, de 2013 a 2018, por meio de revisão bibliométrica e foi verificado que as Leis de Lotka e de Bradford não foram confirmadas, enquanto a Lei de Zipf foi confirmada. Como resultado da pesquisa, há diversas áreas de conhecimento que tratam sobre Gestão de Hotelaria Hospitalar com diferentes enfoques, a saber: Enfermagem, Medicina, Nutrição, Psicologia, Administração, Economia e Educação. Abordaram-se temas como humanização, transporte, lavanderia, higienização, limpeza e hotelaria hospitalar. Foi possível concluir que, apesar do desenvolvimento do tema, existem lacunas principalmente na Gestão de Hotelaria Hospitalar de hospitais públicos. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
