Abstract (English): The objective of this comparative study is to see, through scientific evidence, which is the most adequate diet for Humanity and the Planet, taking into account economic, health and environmental sustainability parameters. Due to the climate emergency throughout the planet and the economic crisis generated by war and climatic events, politicians and scientists are urged to advise the population to reduce the consumption of animal protein for a better health of the planet and of consumers and consume more plant-based protein, the most recommended diets being Mediterranean, plant-based, and vegetarian-vegan. Through these recommendations it will be possible to work towards compliance with the Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Agenda 2020-30. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
