Abstract (English): Granular cell tumors (GCT) are rare primary tumors of the breast that represent a diagnostic challenge due to their ability to mimic breast carcinoma. We report the case of a 63-year-old woman who presented for screening mammography (MG) and ultrasound (US) identifying an irregular, spiculated nodule, BI-RADS 4C; core needle biopsy was performed, with histopathologic (HP) and immunohistochemical (IHC) report of breast GCT.
