Abstract (English):	The Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct of the Mexican Academy of Pediatrics is presented, with the purpose of ensuring that the organization has standards that contain principles, values, moral and ethical foundations of a universal and particular nature, which will promote healthy coexistence among its members and, particularly, for the development of the social objective and transcendence of the Academy. Abstract (Spanish):	Se presenta el Código de Ética Profesional y Conducta de la Academia Mexicana de Pediatría, con la finalidad de que la organización cuente con normas que contengan principios, valores, fundamentos morales y éticos de carácter universal y particular, para fomentar la sana convivencia entre sus integrantes y, particularmente, para el desarrollo del objetivo social y trascendencia de la Academia.
