The editorial article of the magazine "Cuadernos Médico Sociales" highlights a new bill in Chile that seeks to strengthen the National Health Fund (FONASA) through the creation of the National Digital Health Service and the expansion of powers to different actors in the health system. Además, se mencionan otras iniciativas en curso, como el copago cero y la eliminación de preexistencias en las ISAPRES, con el objetivo de abordar los problemas del sistema de salud.
