Abstract (English): The editorial article of the magazine "Cuadernos Médico Sociales" highlights a new bill in Chile that seeks to strengthen the National Health Fund (FONASA) through the creation of the National Digital Health Service and the expansion of powers to different actors in the health system. In addition, other ongoing initiatives are mentioned, such as zero copayment and the elimination of pre-existing conditions in private health insurance companies (ISAPRES), with the aim of addressing the problems of the health system. The importance of creativity, partnership, and leadership is emphasized to take advantage of the changing environment and promote alternative solutions to existing regulations. Abstract (Spanish): El artículo editorial de la revista "Cuadernos Médico Sociales" destaca un nuevo proyecto de ley en Chile que busca fortalecer al Fondo Nacional de Salud (FONASA) mediante la creación del Servicio Nacional de Salud Digital y la ampliación de atribuciones a distintos actores del sistema de salud. Además, se mencionan otras iniciativas en curso, como el copago cero y la eliminación de preexistencias en las ISAPRES, con el objetivo de abordar los problemas del sistema de salud. Se enfatiza la importancia de la creatividad, la asociación y el liderazgo para aprovechar el ambiente de cambios e impulsar alternativas complementarias a las normativas existentes.
