Abstract (English):	Introduction: Publishing a manuscript in scientific journals allows for the dissemination of knowledge. However, for many researchers, writing the manuscript can be challenging, which delays the communication of their findings. The discussion section is arguably the most difficult part, as it involves interpreting the results, comparing them to existing knowledge, and recognizing the strengths and limitations of the study. Objective: To provide clear and practical recommendations for writing a strong discussion and conclusion section that enhances the overall quality of a scientific article. Results and conclusions: The discussion should clearly explain the main findings, compare them with those of previous studies, and address both the limitations and strengths of the research. It is essential to use clear, concise language and terminology that accurately conveys the implications of the results. The limitations section should detail the factors that may affect the generalizability of the findings, which in turn enhances the study's credibility. It can also be used to propose recommendations or new research questions to guide future investigations. The conclusions should be brief and straightforward, emphasizing the most important findings and their relevance. Ideally, the reader should come away with two or three key takeaways from the study. Abstract (Spanish):	Introducción: realizar una publicación de un manuscrito en revistas científicas permite la divulgación del conocimiento. Sin embargo, para muchos investigadores puede ser complicada la redacción de documento y esto retrasa la difusión de sus resultados. La discusión es, posiblemente, la parte más difícil porque es donde se interpretan los hallazgos, se comparan con lo que ya se sabe y se reconocen los puntos fuertes y débiles del estudio. Objetivo: realizar recomendaciones prácticas y claras para redactar una discusión y conclusiones sólidas que fortalezcan la calidad de un artículo científico. Resultados y conclusiones: la discusión debe explicar con claridad los resultados principales, compararlos con otros estudios y mencionar sus limitaciones y fortalezas. Es importante usar un lenguaje claro y directo, con palabras que expresen bien lo que muestran los resultados. La sección de limitaciones debe explicar con detalle qué aspectos pueden influir en la aplicabilidad de los resultados y eso enriquece la credibilidad del trabajo. También sirven para plantear recomendaciones o nuevas preguntas que puedan guiar futuras investigaciones. Las conclusiones deben ser cortas y claras, enfocándose en los hallazgos más importantes y su aporte. La idea es que el lector se quede con dos o tres ideas claves y claras del estudio.
