| Abstract (English): |
Leadership and bioethical competence are two fundamental elements in the comprehensive training of human resources for health. Lead organizations with ethical values is a science, but it is also an art that must be developed by all health professionals at various educational levels, primarily from the undergraduate level. This article explores the basic definitions of both qualities, and the challenges faced in the exercise of leadership in VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity) and globalized environments, providing recommendations for their inclusion in health education contexts. | Abstract (Spanish): |
