Abstract (English): Introduction: This research identifies work-related stress associated with psychosocial risks among teleworkers in the service sector in Colombia, who are exposed to physical and mental disorders that significantly impact their family and social environments. In response, companies are seeking strategies to mitigate these effects. Objective: To analyze work-related stress based on psychosocial risks in teleworkers in Colombia. Methodology: A qualitative study was conducted using a hermeneutic documentary approach. The research employed techniques such as observation, document analysis, and literature review, supported by instruments including bibliographic cards, summaries, concept maps, synoptic charts, and essays, following a rigorous logical-methodological structure. Results: Teleworking operates within a highly competitive environment that demands constant productivity. The pressure exerted by employers increases the level of demands placed on workers, contributing to the emergence of work-related stress and adversely affecting their physical and mental health. Conclusions: Work-related stress is a recognized occupational disease that significantly affects teleworkers. Therefore, it is essential to implement preventive occupational health and safety programs to avoid the chronicity of associated disorders and to promote the comprehensive well-being of workers. Abstract (Spanish): Introducción: Esta investigación identifica el estrés laboral asociado a los riesgos psicosociales en teletrabajadores del sector servicios en Colombia, quienes están expuestos a trastornos físicos y mentales que impactan su entorno familiar y social. Ante ello, las emprvesas buscan estrategias para mitigar estos efectos. Objetivo: Analizar el estrés laboral a partir de los riesgos psicosociales en teletrabajadores en Colombia. Metodología: Se desarrolló una investigación cualitativa con enfoque documental hermenéutico, utilizando técnicas como observación, análisis documental y revisión bibliográfica. Se aplicaron instrumentos como fichas bibliográficas, resúmenes, mapas de ideas, cuadros sinópticos y ensayos, dentro de un orden lógico-metódico riguroso. Resultados: El teletrabajo se enmarca en un contexto altamente competitivo que exige productividad constante. Esta presión impuesta por las empresas genera altos niveles de exigencia sobre los trabajadores, lo que incrementa la aparición de estrés laboral y afecta su salud física y mental. Conclusiones: El estrés laboral es una enfermedad profesional que afecta significativamente a los teletrabajadores. Por tanto, es fundamental implementar programas preventivos en seguridad y salud en el trabajo que permitan evitar la cronicidad de trastornos asociados y promover el bienestar integral de los trabajadores. Abstract (Portuguese): Introdução: Esta pesquisa identifica o estresse laboral associado aos riscos psicossociais em teletrabalhadores do setor de serviços na Colômbia, que estão expostos a distúrbios físicos e mentais que afetam seu ambiente familiar e social. Diante disso, as empresas buscam estratégias para mitigar esses efeitos. Objetivo: Analisar o estresse laboral a partir dos riscos psicossociais em teletrabalhadores na Colômbia. Metodologia: Foi desenvolvida uma pesquisa qualitativa com enfoque documental hermenêutico, utilizando técnicas como observação, análise documental e revisão bibliográfica. Foram aplicados instrumentos como fichas bibliográficas, resumos, mapas de ideias, quadros sinópticos e ensaios, dentro de uma ordem lógica-metódica rigorosa. Resultados: O teletrabalho se enquadra em um contexto altamente competitivo que exige produtividade constante. Essa pressão imposta pelas empresas gera altos níveis de exigência sobre os trabalhadores, o que aumenta o aparecimento de estresse no trabalho e afeta sua saúde física e mental. Conclusões: O estresse no trabalho é uma doença profissional que afeta significativamente os teletrabalhadores. Portanto, é fundamental implementar programas preventivos de segurança e saúde no trabalho que permitam evitar a cronicidade dos distúrbios associados e promover o bem-estar integral dos trabalhadores.
