| Abstract (English): |
Background: Resolution 3280 of 2018 defines interventions and public health management actions required for the promotion of health and the timely and comprehensive management of the main health risks of individuals, families and communities. This includes the case of early childhood. Objective: To evaluate nursing interventions in early childhood within the framework of Resolution 3280 of 2018. Materials and method: This was an evaluative qualitative research study, using of a qualitative type, with primary and secondary sources of information derived from different tools (individual and group semi-structured interviews, with the participation of users, officials and administrative staff). The information was analyzed using the MAXQDA analytics pro academia program. Results: The adoption of the guidelines established in the Resolution in the early childhood life course was identified. However, there is outdated documentation related to the monitoring and evaluation of processes; not all instruments are used for the assessment of the minor as established; and there are limitations in terms of the time allocated for each consultation and the filling out of the data in the clinical history. Nevertheless, nursing professionals are satisfied with the work they perform in the institution. Conclusions: The two municipalities show an acceptable adherence to the parameters contemplated in said regulations. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |

[ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
