Abstract (English): Intravascular papillary endothelial hyperplasia, also known as Masson's tumor, is a rare benign vascular condition that has a predilection for occurring in the head and neck region. Unusual presentations have been described in bone, ocular, and central nervous system sites. The clinical and imaging findings are nonspecific, so the diagnosis is based on histopathological evaluation, studying its histological and immunohistochemical characteristics. The differential diagnosis includes benign and malignant entities due to their histological similarities, with special attention to ruling out osteosarcoma and Kaposi's sarcoma due to their aggressive behavior.
