Abstract (English): Objective: To analyze all relevant and up-to-date research on prehabilitation and its clinical outcomes in breast cancer, as well as to identify current benefits and gaps. Methodology: A literature search was conducted in six databases in January 2025. The A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Review was used to assess methodological quality. Results: Five reviews were selected. The chosen reviews described different interventions and analyzed various variables, presenting heterogeneous results. The quality was critically low for all reviews. Conclusion: Prehabilitation in these patients is a promising area but still requires further research. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
Abstract (Spanish): Objetivo: Analizar toda la investigación relevante y actualizada sobre la prehabilitación y sus resultados clínicos en el cáncer de mama, así como identificar los beneficios y brechas actuales. Metodología: Se realizó una búsqueda bibliográfica en 6 bases de datos en enero de 2025. Para la evaluación de la calidad metodológica se utilizó la herramienta A Measurement Tool to Assess Systematic Review. Resultados: 5 revisiones fueron seleccionadas. Las revisiones escogidas desarrollaron distintas intervenciones y analizaron diferentes variables, presentando resultados heterogéneos. La calidad fue críticamente baja para todas las revisiones. Conclusión: La prehabilitación en estos pacientes es un área prometedora pero todavía necesita más investigación. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR]
