| Abstract (English): | Introduction: In the current health situation, management in the nutrition service faces important challenges worldwide. The objective of the study is to determine the relationship between nutritional management and satisfaction of pregnant mothers in the Central-Peru Region Health Micro Network. Material and methods: A quantitative approach was applied, applied type of correlational level, and non-experimental cross-sectional design, 152 pregnant mothers from the Micro Health Network participated. Nutritional management and mothers' satisfaction in the nutritional service were evaluated through an opinion survey, with an ordinal scale. Results: It was possible to show through the percentage statistics that 43.90% of mothers are moderately satisfied with the management, and 41.70% with nutritional satisfaction, the correlation coefficient τ = 0.405, shows that there is a moderate relationship between both variables being Z cal > Z critical (7.40 > 2.58) and p-value = 0.000 < 0.05. Conclusions: It is demonstrated that there is a moderate correlation between nutritional management and satisfaction of pregnant mothers in the Central-Peru Region Health Micro Network. [ABSTRACT FROM AUTHOR] |
