| Abstract (English): | Objective. To describe the adaptation, preparation, and implementation of a multilevel course to strengthen health personnel capacity related to the surveillance cycle for events supposedly attributable to vaccination or immunization (ESAVI) in Nicaragua. Methods. A descriptive study was developed based on the implementation of a multilevel course aimed at national and municipal managers of the Expanded Program on Immunization and Epidemiology. The educational strategy included virtual learning, peer-to-peer learning, and pedagogical mediation with certified tutors. The process was structured in three phases: organization (definition of educational aspects), preparation (training of tutors and development of didactic material), and implementation. It was divided into two editions: the first included virtual seminars and practical classes with case-problems, while the second condensed the content and applied peer-to-peer learning. Perceptions were assessed through an online survey. Results. A total of 88% (184 participants) completed all course activities. The survey results reflected positive perceptions of different aspects of the course that facilitated learning and communication: topics (97%, n= 156), case studies (96%, n= 155), practical classes (95%, n= 153), teaching resources (92%, n= 148), evaluation (89%, n= 143), and the use of Zoom (87.7%, n=141) and WhatsApp (92.5%, n= 149). The main strengths mentioned were useful information, professional growth, and the relevance of the topics. The main difficulties mentioned were the schedule for the course activities and Internet access and quality. Conclusions. The Nicaraguan experience contextualizes the multilevel educational strategy through case studies and the use of available technology, highlighting the virtual modality and pedagogical mediation as key elements for capacity building in municipalities. Describir la adaptación, preparación y ejecución de un curso multinivel para fortalecer las capacidades del personal de salud sobre el ciclo de vigilancia de eventos supuestamente atribuibles a la vacunación o inmunización (ESAVI) en Nicaragua. Método. Se desarrolló un estudio descriptivo basado en la implementación de un curso multinivel dirigido a los responsables nacionales y municipales del Programa Ampliado de Inmunizaciones y de Epidemiología. La estrategia educativa incluyó aprendizaje virtual, aprendizaje entre pares y mediación pedagógica con tutores certificados. El proceso se estructuró en tres fases: organización (definición de aspectos didácticos), preparación (capacitación de tutores y elaboración de material didáctico) e implementación, dividida en dos ediciones. La primera incluyó ciberseminarios y clases prácticas con casos-problemas, mientras que la segunda condensó contenidos y aplicó el aprendizaje entre pares. Se evaluó la percepción a través de una encuesta en línea. Resultados. El 88% (184 participantes) cumplió con todas las actividades del curso. Los resultados de la encuesta reflejaron una percepción positiva en diferentes aspectos del curso que facilitaron el aprendizaje y la comunicación: temas (97%, n= 156), estudios de casos (96%, n= 155), clases prácticas (95%, n= 153), recursos didácticos (92%, n= 148), evaluación (89%, n= 143), uso de Zoom (87,7%, n=141) y de WhatsApp (92,5%, n= 149). Las principales fortalezas mencionadas fueron la información útil, el crecimiento profesional y la pertinencia de los temas. Las principales dificultades referidas fueron el horario de las actividades del curso, y el acceso y la calidad de internet. Conclusiones. La experiencia de Nicaragua contextualiza la estrategia educativa multinivel a través de estudio de casos y uso de tecnología disponible, en la que se destacan la modalidad virtual y la mediación pedagógica como elementos clave para el fortalecimiento de capacidades en los municipios. Descrever a adaptação, a preparação e a implementação de um curso multinível para fortalecer as capacidades do pessoal da saúde relacionadas ao ciclo de vigilância de eventos supostamente atribuíveis à vacinação ou imunização (ESAVI) na Nicarágua. Métodos. Foi realizado um estudo descritivo com base na implementação de um curso multinível voltado para os responsáveis pelo Programa Ampliado de Imunização (PAI) e pela vigilância epidemiológica em âmbito nacional e municipal. A estratégia educacional incluiu aprendizagem virtual, aprendizagem entre pares e mediação pedagógica com instrutores certificados. O processo foi estruturado em três fases: organização (definição de elementos didáticos), preparação (capacitação de instrutores e elaboração de material didático) e implementação (dividida em duas edições; a primeira consistiu em webinários e aulas práticas com casos-problema, enquanto a segunda consolidou o conteúdo e utilizou a aprendizagem entre pares). Um levantamento on-line avaliou as impressões. Resultados. No total, 184 participantes (88%) concluíram todas as atividades do curso. Os resultados do levantamento demonstraram uma impressão positiva sobre os diferentes elementos do curso que facilitaram o aprendizado e a comunicação: temas (97%, n= 156), estudos de caso (96%, n= 155), aulas práticas (95%, n= 153), recursos didáticos (92%, n= 148), avaliação (89%, n= 143), uso do Zoom (87,7%, n=141) e do WhatsApp (92,5%, n= 149).
