Abstract: The article focuses on the role of trust and reliance in successful integration of artificial intelligence–based clinical decision support systems (AI-CDSS) into nursing practice. Topics include the use of AI-CDSS as a complement to clinical judgment for patient monitoring and risk assessment, the importance of transparency in fostering clinician trust while avoiding automation bias, and the need for appropriate training, workflow integration, and ethical safeguards to ensure patient safety.
